Dr. Youngju Pak is Co-Director of Biostatistics Core at Harbor-UCLA and Adjunct Associate professor of the David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA. She serves as Leader for the Biostatistics, Study Design for the Harbor-UCLA CTSI program. Her main methodological research /application area in multivariate modeling, path-modeling, Structural Equation Modeling, and causal inference using a large data set such as population/community based longitudinal cohort data. She has extensive collaborative experiences using a large observational data such as New York State Population Health Observatory and Women’s Health Initiative (WHI). She has served as a co-investigator for research projects and grant applications in various research fields such as Molecular Cancer Research, Clinical Endocrinology & Metabolism, Gerontological Nursing, and Heath Care Management, etc.
